- If you are successful in being shortlisted a mystery visit will be arranged.
- All mystery visits will take place during September and October
- By entering the awards the Entrant agrees to refund or waive the cost of the mystery visit
- If you have entered any of the categories marked * please refer to the waiver information that best suits your business
- If you have been shortlisted in more than one category, you will be mystery visited for each one separately. For example: if you have been shortlisted for Best Visitor Attraction of the Year and Inclusive Access * you will be visited twice by different judges.
